Nate Litwin - NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor

NFLPA certified contract advisor Nate Litwin is an experienced NFL agent who has represented numerous NFL players in the league since 2012. Prior to becoming an NFL agent, Nate practiced law with a focus on contract negotiations and business transactions. He holds a Masters of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.) from the University of Alabama School of Law, and a law degree (J.D.) from the University of Toledo College of Law. His Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Criminal Justice was received from Bowling Green State University.

Nate has been a head coach or assistant coach for three different successful high school teams. In order to spend more time with family, Nate left coaching and transitioned his passion for helping athletes achieve their goals through work as an athlete agent. When not working with athletes, Nate enjoys time with family and friends, golfing and waterfowl hunting, and watching classic Billy Graham sermons.

Nate and his family live in Franklin, Tennessee, just outside of Nashville.

Warren Norman - Special Advisor Football Matters, Player Evaluation and Client Development

Warren assists Proset in relation to pre-NFL player evaluation, and also client/player development after Proset clients have begun pursuing their NFL career, including offering advice to players for strategically preparing for their pro day, and the NFL Combine.  He also serves as a special advisor regarding football specific matters. 

In 2009, Warren was voted the SEC Freshman Player of the Year by both the Associated Press and SEC Coaches, a season in which Warren broke Herschel Walker's SEC single-season freshman all-purpose yardage record previously held for 29 years by Walker.  Warren amassed 1,941 all-purpose yards during the 2009 season, and tied the SEC record for most kickoff returns for touchdowns in one season (3), a record he shares with former Chicago Bears’ and Los Angeles Raiders’ great Willie Gault, who set it while at the University of Tennessee.

Warren is a native of Stone Mountain, GA, outside of Atlanta.  Warren graduated from Vanderbilt University with a degree in Sociology.  He currently resides in Nashville, TN, and he also serves as a YoungLife Ministry leader in Nashville.
